Terms of Service
1. Prices depend on complexity of character and clothing design.
2. Picture references are not required, but will incur a character design fee. AI references are not accepted.
3. You will receive a .psd file with separated layers ready to rig. If you have a specific rigger in mind I can contact them to ensure separation is to their liking.
4. Revisions are no extra charge in the sketch phase only.
5. Colour revisions are no extra cost until shading begins, then will incur a fee of $5 per large change.
6. Commercial rights are included
7. Vtuber model commissions are taken on an application basis. I reserve the right to refuse any model that does not fit my skills, style, and schedule.
8. Accepted models require a 50% nonrefundable deposit.
9. Full payment must be completed before you recieve your PSD.
10. Models are not to be used in any AI databases.
11. Models may take anywhere from 3-9 months to complete, depending on complexity and communication.
12. Model art is nonrefundable.
13. For model rehoming please consult me first.
14. By providing payment for a model you agree to all my terms and services.

General Information1. Commissions will be uploaded to a Google Drive folder and sent via preferred contact information when finished
2. When posting to social media be sure to tag me for credit
3. I will not copy another artist's style or recreate any other artist's work
4. I reserve the right to refuse any commission or stop any commission at any point
5. Approval photos will be sent at the sketch and flats stage. Any changes after the second approval will incur an extra charge
6. Commission completion timeframes will be discussed once I agree to your commission
7. I will not accept any references using AI
8. Commissioned art is not to be used for any AI programs
Payment Information1. I will send an invoice once I agree to your commission, please do not send money until you have received this invoice
2. All commission invoices must be paid in full before I begin work
3. Payment can be made through PayPal or Square. If these methods are unavailable for you please contact me.
4. Please be sure you can afford the full fee before sending in your commission form
5. I will accept a payment plan under certain circumstances, case by case
6. If you would like a rush on your commission it will be an extra 50% of the commission price
7. All prices are in CADCommercial Use FeeFor merchandise rights it is an extra 100% of the purchase price
RefundsIn the case a refund is granted (case by case basis only), refunds will be given 100% before I start your sketch
After sketch has been approved refunds drop to 50%
No refund will be given after I begin colouring your commission
Important InformationDo Not repost your finished commission as your own work, I must always be tagged
Do Not remove my signature from your high-res image
Do Not modify your finished image
You May post your finished commission on any social media or website with proper credit
You May use your finished image as a profile picture or banner on any website, but please include my name somewhere
I reserve the right to post your finished commission to my own personal pages and website for promotional purposes
I Will Not use your finished commission for merchandise for myself
